Hardened Heart, not an open mind?

A hardened heart is one that hears, but does not listen or understand what is being heard.
To soften a hardened heart, one must be open to actually hear, what is being read or said.

Once you die, your opportunity is over, just like when Jesus died on the cross and said "it is finished," right before He died. Signifying the end of His suffering for the forgiveness of all sin.
